Community Outreach events

Are you interested in bringing other T1D families in your area together for a fun, memorable event? Imagine going bowling, hosting a BBQ in the park, swimming, or coming up with your creative idea to connect and enjoy time together.

We’re thrilled to introduce MYDA’s Community Outreach Grants, designed to fund events that unite T1D families through shared experiences. Not only do we provide financial support, but MYDA will also help with marketing and email outreach to inform local families about your event!

Please remember that organizing an event involves some self-diligence, as you’ll be responsible for initially presenting a breakdown of costs included with your request form for the event, planning, and coordination. Once you’ve thought through your ideas, simply complete the form at the bottom of this page, and we’ll be in touch to guide you through the next steps.
