Camp MYDA 2025 After Camp Survey

Every year, we ask that our campers' parents fill out an after-camp survey. This data is used to evaluate the effectiveness of our camp and give you a chance to provide us with feedback on how we could improve it in the years to come. If we don't know it's broken, we can't fix it.
