• Gold Sponsor ($700): includes 2 registration fees ($130 value, includes dinner and breakfast), upfront table location,
logo and name on agenda pamphlet, mentions of support throughout the conference
• Silver Sponsor ($500): includes one registration fee ($65 per person, includes dinner and breakfast), name only on
agenda and mentions of support throughout the conference
• Bronze Sponsorship ($300): registration fee to be paid by the vendor ( $65 per person)
