Camp Check-in Times
We will be staggering Check-in times on Monday, Aug 5th, by age and sex.
Please do NOT arrive more than 15mins before your check-in time.
We will start to accept Older Boys ages 14-17 at 12:00 pm Noon
We will start to accept Older Girls ages 14-17 at 12:30 pm
We will start to accept Middle Boys ages 11-13 at 1:00 pm
We will start to accept Middle Girls ages 11-13 at 1:30 pm
We will start to accept Younger Boys ages 8-10 at 2:00 pm
We will start to accept Younger Girls ages 8-10 at 2:30 pm
We will process all Bus riders when they arrive at camp around 3:00 pm.
Camp Check-in Expectations
When your family arrives at camp, please park in the parking lot and come down to the dining hall; there will be signs and staff to guide you; bring all your bags and your Camper Check-in Form (Found below).
Please do not roam around camp; please form a line at the entrance door.
We will allow 3-4 families into the dining hall at a time, where you will make your way around 8 tables, each with a focused task with camp staff.
When you finish, you will exit the doors to the left, where camp staff will be waiting to guide your child to their cabins.
Take a few mins to say "See you soon" to your camper.
Please do not take your camper away from the camp staff after check-in.
PLEASE REVIEW THE FOLLOWING TWO POLICIES; PARENTS AND CAMPERS WILL SIGN THESE AT CHECK-IN!
BUS PARENTS, REVIEW THESE POLICIES WITH YOUR CAMPER; THEY WILL SIGN IT WHEN THEY GET TO CAMP;
WE DO NOT WANT THEM SURPRISED.

Bus Schedule
For families whose camper is riding the bus.
PICK UP - August 5th
Please, be on time, also know that the bus may be early or late, so please be patient.
We ask that families in Billings please feed their campers breakfast before getting on the bus. We will supply Lunch and snacks.
Our Bus will leave promptly once all campers at each stop are on the bus. Please arrive at the times below.
Please ensure you have all your camper's bags and the Camper Check-in Form in hand when you get to the bus Pick-up location; your camper will need it when they arrive at camp!
The bus pick-up is NOT the time to discuss things you want to be communicated to staff. If you have those types of things, please write them on the back of the Camper Check-in form; your campers lead medical will review it when they arrive at camp.
If you have questions, now is the time to ask! If you need to speak with us about a concern, please get in touch with us NOW!
Billings: The bus will LEAVE Billings at 5:30 am! Please show up at 5:00 am.
The Billings Pickup location is at Amend Park.
Bozeman: The bus will LEAVE Bozeman at 8:00 am! Please show up 20-30 mins prior.
The Bozeman Pick-up location is in the Walmart Parking Lot
Helena: The Bus will LEAVE Helena at 10:00 am! Please show up 20-30 mins prior.
The Helena pickup location is in the Walmart Parking Lot.
Missoula: The bus will LEAVE Missoula at 12:30 pm! Please show up 20-30 mins prior.
The Missoula pickup location is at the Flying J Truck Stop.
DROP OFF - August 9th
Please be on time to pick up your child from the bus Drop off locations (Same as pick-up locations)
Missoula: The bus will DEPART Missoula at 2:40 pm! Please arrive 30ish mins before.
Helena: The bus will DEPART Helena at 5:10 pm! Please arrive 30ish mins before.
Bozeman: The bus will DEPART Bozeman at 7:10 pm! Please arrive 30ish mins before.
Billings: The bus will ARRIVE in Billings at 9:20 pm! Please arrive 30ish mins before.

Camp Check Out and Family BBQ
Camp will officially end at 12:15 pm.
We will have staff at the head of the trail, in the parking lot leading down to the Dining hall; PLEASE STOP, AND TALK TO THEM.
Authorized Adults, given at camp check-in, are the ONLY people who will be allowed to pick up campers. We will NOT allow anyone not on our list to pick up your camper.
Once you find your camper down by the basketball court area, you have two choices.
1) You are free to leave.
2) You are welcome to stay for our family BBQ held just up from the parking lot under the large shelter.
Families take this time to network, meet your camper's new friends, take pictures, and meet other T1D families.
We will also have tons of giveaways and, as always, be handing out all the leftover insulin and pump supplies at the end of the BBQ.

We do have Camp Theme days that campers are encouraged to dress up for.
Monday: Favorite Shirt Day (T1D shirts a plus)
Tuesday: Only in Montana
Wednesday: At the beach
Thursday: On the Dance Floor (This will be for the Dance we have later in the day)

THIS FORM MUST BE PRINTED OFF, BE PRESENTED DURING CAMP CHECK-IN; PLEASE FILL THIS FORM OUT THE NIGHT BEFORE CAMP! BUS FAMILIES, MAKE SURE THIS FORM IS WITH YOUR CAMPER AND NOT IN THEIR BAGS!
Endo Permission Form
For families in Montana, your endo has this form; please contact them and request that they fill out the form for Camp MYDA, and they will fax it to us.
For families outside of Montana, please print off this form, have it filled out by your endo, and have them fax it to 406-641-3050.
